ABSTRACT

This chapter presents valuable recommendations and strategic self-development models. It provides general recommendations applicable to all types of businesses that will help them achieve business sustainability. Business managers should resonate with other stakeholders to circulate the significance of key drivers of sustainability. The introduction of renewable and non-toxic business technologies by companies can move India towards sustainable development. The top-level management of a company should develop a thrust of green products, green marketing, green tech, and sustainable global business. Different business stakeholders should be made aware of environmental conservation with the help of mind maps, pictures, shows, and documentary films. A company should design ‘innovative sustainable business model’ comprising ethically sound environmental strategies and advanced technologies. Exchange of information leads to the empowerment of traditional Indian business ethos, helping developing countries to enter the global village, and, consequently, enhancing their socio-economic concerns.
