ABSTRACT
There are two basic approaches to resolving environmental conflicts: (1) solving immediate problems (symptomatic approach) and (2) growth in personal consciousness (systems approach). Chapter 1 is a discussion of how Chris practices and Lynette teaches the systems approach to conflict resolution.
