Module 4 deals with leadership practice, provides a historical perspective, and discusses several theories and qualities of leadership including theories of management and motivation. It discusses the role of emotional intelligence, positive psychology, and systems thinking on leadership. It also presents authentic and innovative leadership practices, design thinking, and Lean leadership, and their impact on professional practice.
