ABSTRACT
Extraction speed and efficiency are higher in these sys-
tems because of the higher pressures achieved as com-
pared to non-pressurized systems. The disadvantage of
the PMAE is that the electric field is non-homogeneous
in this cavity; hence heating is non-uniform.
