ABSTRACT
Harvesting is the separating of fruit from the tree, shrub, or
vine from which it derives nutrients for growth. Harvest
can be a challenging process. The goal of harvesting[1] is to
take a fruit from its source at the optimummaturity without
incurring damage or loss, as quickly as possible, and at
minimum cost.
