ABSTRACT

A typical data clarification process involves data evalua-

tion, localization, and stabilization. The data collection

subsystem usually collects all available data, while a farm-

ing operation may need only a few of the collected data.

The evaluation function is used to determine the relevancy

of the data to specific operations. After the most relevant

data is identified, it is necessary to link the data with the

locations being collected for supporting the mechanized

precision farming operation. To avoid the localized data

being updated with unstable data, especially those from

on-board sensors, a data stabilization function is needed to

smooth the variation of the data.[5]
