ABSTRACT
The Semantic Web Author for XML, RDF, and OWL is a new tool which combines a text editor, parser, validator, and Integrated Development Environment (IDE) into a single program. Many of the basic components necessary for developing Semantic Web Services are available from this single IDE running on Windows.
