ABSTRACT
Every culture has a legacy of games and game-playing. Some ancient games, like the African game Mancala (also known as Awari), are still played today. The game of Go originated in China, perhaps as long ago as 2000 b.c.e. It is still very popular today, and played by millions of people worldwide.
