ABSTRACT

The measures praised by entrepreneurs are certainly part of a very pragmatic culture. The crisis creates many problems of reclassification and distress and leads couples to see the disappearance of a salary out of two and to have difficulty to face their burdens. Local elected representatives, in their various functions, are familiar with these situations. It is necessary to redefine the contours of the liberal professions and the provision of services. Distribution conflicts would continue to be resolved to the detriment of wage payments. The work would pay less as demographic aging would be accompanied by an increased wage levy. Potential growth would decline, particularly as a result of the demographic shock. Precautionary savings would weigh on consumption without investing in national economic territories for lack of growth prospects. The transfer of power to the ‘diluted’ financial investor would continue in the context of a non-cooperative globalization buffeted by one-off crises.
