ABSTRACT
A roundabout has several exits. There may be some delay until the driver can turn off, depending on the map-reading passenger making up their mind. Of course, these days satellite navigation (‘sat-nav’) gives instructions about one’s final destination at the start of a whole journey and, before a roundabout, tells you which exit to take. It would be nice if it were as simple as this in the real scientific life!
