ABSTRACT

A system is constructed to realize the automatic grading of pear’s appearance quality based on computer vision, which involves both hardware and software programs. It includes transport unit, control module, image acquisition module, and image processing and recognition module. It can perform automatic feature extraction. Grading of pears is an important task before bringing the harvest to the market. It can greatly improve the fruit’s added value, thus playing an important role in the trade and profit of the people involved in the pear industry. The frequency controller of electric machine is linked to the electric machine, which is linked to the turbine deceleration controller and the turbine deceleration controller drives the chaining trolley transport unit. Thus, the electric machine’s rotation speed and the chaining trolley transport unit’s propagation velocity can be controlled accurately. The infrared sensor and image collecting box are linked to the upper part of the chaining trolley transport unit.
