ABSTRACT

This chapter discusses the hyperspectrometer by ASD spectrometer, the multispectral camera system based on liquid crystal tunable filter and the hyperspectral camera based on grating spectrometer module. Aflatoxin is a highly toxic carcinogen, and its toxicity is about 68 times as that of arsenic. It is the strongest chemical carcinogen found so far and is the biggest cause of liver cancer. The recognition rate is generally higher and more stable for most models, and the best model recognition rate is up to 95%. This indicates that the proposed method is insensitive to the acquisition system and reflects the essential properties of aflatoxin detection. The chapter proposes weighted voting method for comprehensive analysis. The selected key wavelengths may have better credibility. Although the measuring range of different instruments is different, the number of non-overlapping bands is low in the voting process, which demonstrates that it has little effect on final results.
