ABSTRACT

Steam virtual reality Interaction system—specifically, the Interactable and Modal Throwable Components—is used to make spray bottles that can be picked up and sprayed at the bugs. There are two tabs in the Skeleton Poser Component. One is the Pose Editor, which is used for creating and editing poses, and the other deals with blending poses together. The most obvious approach to creating objects is to take a 3D model, drag it into the Scene, and turn it into a GameObject. In virtual reality, giving everything rules, making everything as interactive as possible and providing logical feedback for user action is key to an immersive experience. The Steam virtual reality—Skeleton—Poser Component offers several options for how the animations are applied to the hands. The Blending Editor provides a method for blending between poses so that they appear to transition smoothly in the application.
