ABSTRACT

For high order inequalities with advanced arguments, estimates for strongly increasing solutions are given. For cases of various types of advanced arguments, asymptotic behavior of strongly increasing solutions is established. A necessary condition is proved for the existence of strongly increasing solutions of quite general type (Lemma 21.12). In case of a linear minorant, sufficient conditions are given for the given equation not to have strongly increasing solutions. An analogous problem is studied in the case where the right hand side of the equation has a nonlinear majorant.
