I am in Moscow, an extraordinary city. What fantastic culture I've been missing out on. Following my presentation on the latest developments in cancer medicine and communication at the state hospital, a young doctor approaches me and asks in excellent German: “Doctor, may I ask you how one learns to speak with patients and share bad news with them?”
