ABSTRACT
The Study explains what recursion is and how it is possible and should be applied to solve various mathematical problems on a computer. Fractals, simple and optimized, are also presented. The algorithm of the game Hanoi Tower and the construction and animation of fractals are considered.
Mathematics: Factorial, parallelepiped volume, local extremum of a function of one variable, differential equation, level lines, saddle point, series, local extremum of a function of two variables, fractal, Fibonacci numbers, Ackermann numbers.
