ABSTRACT

In this Study, we talk about methods for constructing plane curves, including, among other things, the computational operators of addition (ellipse), subtraction (hyperbola), multiplication (Cassini’s oval) and division (Apollonius’ circle). The properties of curves on three other (remaining) computing operators with two operands are also investigated: remainder from division, exponentiation and logarithm from a given base. The theory of dimensional quantities is revised—the possibility and necessity of working with dimensional quantities in the exponent is justified.

Mathematics: Planar curves of the second order, focal and directional properties of the hyperbola and ellipse, solution of the system of two non-linear algebraic equations, vector, Cartesian and polar graph.

Physics: Trajectories of motion of celestial bodies.

IT: Symbolic mathematics, computer-aided graphics, nested loops with a parameter, conditional statement.

Art: Kozma Prutkov, Fruits of Reflection; gardening.

Throwing pebbles into the water, look at the ripples they form on the surface, otherwise, such occupation becomes an idle pastime.
