ABSTRACT

This Study explains how it is possible to attach a chain and a catenary to geography, history, statistics and even to scientific ethics. Statistical data on the great mathematicians of the world of all time are considered. A geographic-mathematical problem is solved. Some moral and national aspects of the names of mathematical theorems are discussed.

Mathematics: Catenary function, regression analysis, histogram. 1

Physics: Sagging chain, physical map.

IT: Communication with other disciplines, with mathematics, history, geography, ethics, numerical solution of systems of algebraic equations, computer graphics, introduction of an Excel table into a Mathcad-sheet.

Art: Leo Tolstoy novel, War and Peace; Mikhail Bulgakov play, Flight.
