ABSTRACT
This chapter provides solution to integral equations using multivariate polynomials on the unit ball. It discusses Galerkin’s numerical method, error analysis for Galerkin solution, and numerical solution. The Matlab condition number for the linear system is approximately 8 for larger values of n, and this stability is expected from the analysis in integral equations and the uniform bound of Galerkin solution.
