ABSTRACT
Chapter 12 is devoted to an efficient technique for cognitive radio, namely, the Sparse Code Multiple Access (SCMA). The chapter begins with a brief introduction of SCMA and its possibility for use in cognitive radio. Further, different code book design techniques are deliberated in detail.
