ABSTRACT
121 A 7-year-old female spayed Maltese terrier cross dog was initially presented 5 days ago with a history of dysuria, stranguria, and hematuria, and empirical antibiotic therapy was commenced. The dog presents again today with owner complaints of severe lethargy, inappetence, the sudden development of red spots on the ventral abdomen, and foul breath.
