ABSTRACT
This chapterdemonstrates database migration examples from Oracle to MySQL, Oracle to SQL Server and Oracle to Oracle. The author provides a step-by-step example for Oracle to MySQL migration. Using SQL Server Migration Assistant to Oracle to migrate database from Oracle to SQL Server is discussed. This chapter also introduces Oracle to Oracle migration using Oracle Data Dump Export and Import tools and EST database migration toolkit. After the migration a comparison between the source database and the target database is done.
