ABSTRACT
A society that frequently performs projects and programs for realizing changes in the profi t and non-profi t sectors and whose institutions off er services for project, program and change managing can be perceived as a project-oriented society. Maturity as a project-oriented society can be analyzed and further developed in order to create competitive advantages for the society.
