ABSTRACT

This chapter introduces the concept of regular propagators and characterizes the propagators as unique solutions to well-posed Cauchy problems. It gives definitions and properties of inhomogeneous random evolutions (IHREs) and proves weak law of large numbers and central limit theorem (CLT) for IHREs. The chapter obtains a precise (and new) characterization of the limiting process using weak Banach-valued stochastic integrals and so-called orthogonal martingale measures for the CLT.
