ABSTRACT
Continuous improvement in an organization may ensure the organization to be more successful. There has been an increase in the number of challenges followed by a rapid increase in the number of business organizations when compared to the previous years. Due to this, numerous number of organizations started to introduce the Business Process Reengineering in order to manage their business efficiently and to enhance their performances. This studyfocus on how reengineering processes and with the use of IT that support and advance every department, especially Human resources department, Accounting department, Administration and logistic. The study also focuson factors can influence an organisation to use reengineering and why the organisation choose reengineering processes as an alternative solution to solve the current problems faced and therefore, can assist in improving productivity and meeting the organizational objectives and goals.
