ABSTRACT
Observing how a person behaves in one situation is not necessarily indicative of how they will behave in another. Culturally intelligent people are able to compensate for their cultural conditioning when they nd themselves operating in another culture by adopting the behaviors they begin to see as appropriate to that culture.
