ABSTRACT
The sample specification excludes information relating to the electrical wiring and controls of compressor plant, vacuum plant, and the interfacing of these services with the building management systems. The gas pipeline will be constructed by argon system, oxygen system, Ultra High Purity cylinder nitrogen system, nitrogen system, fluorine mix system, liquid nitrogen system and gas sensor system. The supplier of the vacuum jacketed pipeline must determine the appropriate locations of elbows and bayonet connections. Brass high pressure point valves and flexible leads shall be provided for the argon, oxygen, and nitrogen cylinder connections and shall be gas specific where possible and compatible with the gases being installed. The Gas Controller shall be capable of continuous monitoring and warning of toxic, atmospheric oxygen depletion and enrichment. The fluorine transmitter shall be capable of providing digital measurement value processing and temperature compensation for the continuous monitoring of the ambient air to detect fluorine concentrations.
