ABSTRACT
BPR is one of the popular management studies that will help business to grow, despite the rapid business and technological changes, which by using traditional methods is considered useless for the organizations. The ability to create more flexible, team-oriented, coordinative, and communication-based work can be achieved if BPR and IT work together. Without BPR's most important enabler which is IT, BPR cannot attain its objective better and faster. Even though it seems that BPR processes have been a great success, there are also several unsuccessful projects faced when implementing the change. One major problem mentioned was when top management disapproves BPR with IT application. The fact is that IT infrastructure is needed, as it is one of the fundamental factors for the success of BPR process.
