ABSTRACT
Information technology (IT) has been a very useful tool in our daily lives as it brings the world closer together, communication with one another is easier. Businesses these days around the globe are using IT to help them stay competitive in the industry and performance of the business will excessively improve its quality of products. Throughout the century, the technology advancement has led to massive changes in the patterns of business world that may lead companies to take up consumer taste as their priority. Business process reengineering (BPR) is a very useful tool used by many organizations to make redesigning and reconstructing structures more efficient, flexible, and much more effective. BPR has promptly expanded into a new system. Reengineering needs to have some particular expert or attention on it as the multifaceted structure of multinational corporations raise the complexity of business processes and hence affects the opportunity for redesigning.
