ABSTRACT
Business process redesign (BPR) is all about business rethinking, replanning, and rebuilding to meet the customers’ expectations. There are more advantages of the adoption of BPR in a business; in fact, it helps them to cut costs on production and increase both effectiveness and efficiency. BPR enables an organization to have a hybrid centralization and decentralization in term or employee structure as a whole and it is meant specially for fast-growing businesses. From the case studies collected, it becomes more obvious that in reality, information technology is important as it leads to have higher probability of achieving a vision in a much lesser time.
