ABSTRACT
This chapter investigates the roles of information technology (IT) and information system (IS) in business process reengineering (BPR) from various resources. It also investigates the role of IT and IS and their impact on BPR. Key information on the roles of IT and IS in BPR were compiled for comparison and discussion. The chapter would focus on the various roles of IT and IS in BPR and their respective significance toward business organization.
