ABSTRACT
(Nuclear Medicine) Ibritumomab tiuxetan (Zevalin®, Schering AG) is a murine IgG1 kappa monoclonal antibody against the anti-CD20 antigen. This antigen is found on the cell surface of normal and malignant B lymphocytes. The antibody is produced from CHO cells and is conjugated to an MX-DTPA linker that chelates 90Y or 111In with high affinity.
