Rules of Strangeness Changing Decays: Experiments

We have already noticed this for the K → π + π decays, in which the neutral kaon (ΔT = 1/2) decayed 500 times faster than the charged kaon (ΔT = 3/2). The amplitude for ΔT = 3/2 here was only 0.052 of that for ΔT = 1/2.
