We shall now see how to make quantitative calculations for those processes that we can calculate! I shall just tell you the results and give heuristic arguments for their correctness. I don’t feel that it is necessary to start from field theory since it is, in fact, not internally consistent. Anyway, I want to leave room for new ideas.
