ABSTRACT
For equilibrium functions, the influence of the path to the final result implicitly indicates the dependence of the process on the time characteristics. It is shown below that the analysis of this equation leads to the need to take into account temporal characteristics, therefore, for a complete analysis of small systems, we will consider the main points of non-equilibrium thermodynamics.
