ABSTRACT

Practical ly in al l theoret ical approaches in the kinetics of physicochemical processes in various phases based on the equations of chemical kinetics [47-50], hydrodynamics [1, 2, 35, 36], nonequilibrium thermodynamics [28-30], and kinetic theory [42-35], for any differences in the non-equilibrium with respect to concentrations, the assumption of local equilibrium for paired DFs and the smallness of deviations from it are possible when proceeding to the description of processes at the macroscopic level. In this case, the number of parameters of the state of the system in dynamics coincides with their number in equilibrium.
