This chapter focuses on the administrative issues during various stages of project. Integration of team members at initial stage is not helpful without good coordination. It requires the coordination of highest degree among the team members to achieve the profitable end results. Model for decision is the first stage of the project. All the major introductory decisions are taken by the Client. The Client provides the major resources for the project. He hires the Project Management Consultancy or Architect and all the other team members. Model for Design is the next stage of the project that includes both conceptual planning and detailed design development. Architect is the most important participant at this stage; all the success and fame of the project is on his shoulders. Model for field operations is the final stage of the project, when the actual construction work on the site starts.
