ABSTRACT
The division of responsibilities in projects has laid foundation for problems of varying degree. The Client plays a crucial role in the design and construction process because he is the one who initiates the project. All the major financial controls and decisions are taken by the Client and depend on his wisdom. The Client provides the most important resources for the project: the land and the finance. Some of the important contracts are signed by the Client himself. The Architects are key role players in the project team because their design is to be executed on-site. Their wisdom, knowledge, and experience lead to creation of wonders. The Architects are hired either by the Client himself or by the Project Manager appointed by the Client. The financial bodies can play an important role in the promotion of constructability features and help in sustainable development. Their aids can enhance the quality of life and help reduce environmental degradation to a great extent.
