ABSTRACT
According to a report prepared by Bechtel, Parsons and Brinckerfoff, comanagers of the massive Central Artery/Third Harbor Tunnel project in Boston, MA, rats were sighted at the rate of 500 per hour shortly after 9:00 p.m. on November 12, 1993, in the open-air market known as Haymarket in downtown Boston.
