ABSTRACT
The Technical Specification includes many of the same headings as the Functional Requirements document and builds upon the functional requirements document. It also needs to include detailed information such as exactly how document types and meta data should be defined, as well as how the folder structure and other sections of the EDRMS solution should be defined. Hence, the Technical Specification document is needed by the technical system’s implementation staff in the setup and implementation of the EDRMS solution.
