ABSTRACT
The RSO receives the monthly report of film and TLD dosimetry with expectation and concern. Expectation, because he/she expects that none of the staff had received a radiation dose greater than 10% of the dose limits in accordance with ALARA. And concern, because if someone received a dose exceeding the 10% level or the 30% level, he/she must interview the person to determine the cause and possibly avoid such events in the future.
