ABSTRACT
The chapter deals with the concept of sustainable leadership by highlighting the significance of sustainable leadership for sustainable business practices and sustainable development trends of the society. The main principles of sustainable leadership are identified and the main characteristics necessary for sustainable leaders are critically discussed. The role of intelligence in development of sustainable leadership is stressed. The most important characteristics and competences of sustainable leaders are identified. The sustainable leadership model is developed by presenting the main stages and challenges of its implementation. The concepts of entrepreneurship are investigated. The main features of the entrepreneur are distinguished and the linkages between sustainable leadership and entrepreneurship are investigated.
