ABSTRACT
This chapter covers workforce development and management. Human resources are, ultimately, responsible for whatever happens in innovation. As such, developing the appropriate workforce, managing the workforce, and sustaining the workforce are essential for fully realizing the benefits of innovation. This chapter covers various aspects of human resources in the pursuit of innovation.
