ABSTRACT
In recent years, drainage management as well as urban storm drainage in urban infrastructure, has gained major importance. More than 50% of world population resides in urban areas and intakes 76% of resources (Kumar and Dahiya 2017). It is estimated 80% of the global population is residing in urban areas. The number of mega-cities will be over 80% developing countries. Well-maintained and effective urban drainage systems must be designed in such a way that their collaboration with other urban water systems are important entities of active and secure urban environment.
