ABSTRACT
This chapter describes the heat transfer inside and outside borehole heat exchangers provided with single U-shaped vertical tubes. Also summarized are some aspects of analytical (as infinite line- and cylindrical-source) and numerical (as long- and short-term) analyzing methods.
