ABSTRACT
This chapter presents the research methodology of the proposed model. It describes the materials and methods related to the theoretical research including data collection tools, reference books, and articles in addition to practical researches assessing manufacturing factories belonging to some selected industries. In this chapter, limitations for extracting the model are elaborated. Also, the statistical population of the research is calculated and displayed in great detail. Distribution diagrams of the statistical sample considering several aspects are illustrated. These aspects incorporate respondents? education, organizational positions, work experience in the field of quality, familiarity with quality systems, familiarity with quality engineering techniques, and product volume. The tools and methods for data collection are explained and indicated based on the validity and reliability of the research data. The software used in analyzing data and measuring reliability is introduced. One of the most important benefits of this chapter is the introduction to the procedure for assessing in each model.
