ABSTRACT
As mentioned in section 2.2, lightwave implementation within boxes of computers causes optics excess. The S-FOLM is expected to be a solution for overcoming the optics excess problem [1-19]. The concept of the S-FOLM is shown in Fig. 3.1. Firstly, packaging elements such as electrical substrates and OE-Films are prepared. The packaging elements are denoted as follows.
