Introduction to Optimization Techniques

This chapter commences with an introduction to optimization techniques, which introduce basic knowledge of these strategies. The requirements and history of the optimization techniques are discussed. Next, different terms in optimization techniques are discussed. This chapter also contains detailed information about the classification, application, and limitations of the optimization techniques. All learning outcomes and questions are mapped with Bloom’s Taxonomy levels (BT level) 1 to 6.
