ABSTRACT

Success in the field of generation of pulsed and continuous electron beams [1–3], development and development of appropriate equipment [4–8], numerous studies performed in the field of materials science of metals and alloys, cermet and ceramic materials treated with intense pulsed electron beams [5, 7, 8–16], prepared the basis for the use of such energy sources in various fields of industry, construction engineering and medicine [5, 6, 17, 18]. These directions continue to develop actively, as evidenced by numerous works [19–21], in which it is believed that electron beam processing is undoubtedly a promising technology that in some cases does not have an alternative at the moment.
