ABSTRACT
Congruences have been also used in many other areas. For example, congruences with binary solutions (which will be studied in Chapter 8) have also interesting applications in database security and pseudo-telepathy games in quantum computing. In Chapter 9, we discuss applications of congruences to parallel computing, artificial intelligence, computational biology, and the Subset-Sum Problem.
